Use of the hss303 Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to hss303. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and hss303 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, content, and features available on the hss303 platform, including our official website and mobile application.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any hss303 services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Hss303 operates as an online gaming platform and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at the company's sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected members.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the hss303 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not located in a country or region that prohibits or restricts the use of online gaming platforms such as hss303.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Never previously banned, suspended, or removed from hss303 or any related platform.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.

Hss303 reserves the right at any time to request proof of eligibility from any member, including valid identification documents, proof of address, and other KYC-related documents. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the hss303 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes:

• Full name as stated on a valid government-issued identification document
• Correct date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A valid mobile phone number
• Bank account or e-wallet details used for transactions

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. hss303 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Hss303 supports a variety of local payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. hss303 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances, in order to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

Hss303 reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions that exceed certain limits or are deemed unusual. This forms part of our security measures to protect members from financial fraud.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Hss303 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) and validity periods specifically stated on each promotional offer.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Hss303 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings obtained through illegitimate means or in violation of promotional terms.
• Every promotion has a clear expiry date — unused bonuses will expire automatically once that period has passed.
• Members are entitled to claim one welcome bonus only. Attempting to register multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses is considered fraudulent.
• Some games may not count, or may only partially count, towards fulfilling rollover requirements. Please refer to the specific terms of each promotion.

6 Game Rules

All games on the hss303 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by international testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including hss303 itself.

The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is stated in the respective game information. RTP values reflect the long-term statistical average return and do not guarantee returns for any individual gaming session.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, affected bets will be returned to the player's account within 24 hours.
• Hss303 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome is known or in circumstances that clearly indicate system abuse.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hss303 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems
• Identity fraud or impersonation of another individual or entity
• Money laundering or use of funds obtained through illegal means
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Abuse of promotions or exploitation of bonus system vulnerabilities
• Spreading false information about hss303 or its platform members
• Engaging in any activity that violates national laws or local jurisdiction

8 Account Closure

You may close your hss303 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all remaining balances have been withdrawn, as unclaimed balances within 90 days of a closure request may be forfeited.

Hss303 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any provision under these Terms and Conditions
• There is fraudulent or suspicious activity on your account
• You have provided false information during registration or the KYC process
• Your account is involved in money laundering activities
• You have applied for voluntary self-exclusion through our responsible gaming programme

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, hss303 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

9 Liability Limits

Hss303 provides the gaming platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability. We are, however, committed to maintaining platform uptime at the highest possible level.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, hss303 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruption or technical failures beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of the platform by third parties
• Disputed game results where the RNG system has functioned correctly

10 Terms Amendment

Hss303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via platform notifications, registered email, or a notice prominently displayed on our website at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current conditions governing your use of the hss303 platform.

Your continued use of the hss303 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
